Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and any supporting documentation or photos. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refund Policy for Shipped Orders

Refunds are not available for orders due to shipping delays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or any other shipping-related circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds are only considered in cases where a package is confirmed lost or the product arrives damaged and a replacement cannot be provided.
